Fixed rainproof louvers are ventilation and rainproof devices with fixed, non-adjustable blade angles. Their design must simultaneously meet structural strength, rainproof performance, and ventilation requirements. They are widely used in ventilation openings, equipment rooms, and exterior wall decorations in industrial, commercial, and civil buildings. The dimensions of fixed rainproof louvers must match the installation scenario (e.g., pre-drilled openings in walls, equipment ventilation openings).

Custom Specifications

Custom production is available for non-standard opening sizes (e.g., extra-large or irregularly shaped openings). Customization range typically includes:

  • Width: Minimum 150mm, maximum 3m (requires reinforced frame structure, such as adding mullions).
  • Height: Minimum 200mm, maximum 4m (segmented splicing, each segment height preferably not exceeding 2m).
  • Special Shapes: Circular, arc-shaped, trapezoidal, and other irregularly shaped fixed rainproof louvers can be customized (detailed opening drawings required, cost higher than rectangular louvers).
  • Material and Surface Treatment Specifications: Made of aluminum alloy with powder coating, offering good corrosion resistance and a long service life.
  • Specifications and dimensions: Generally, it comes with a frame, with a frame size of 3 cm and a depth of 5 cm. It can also be customized with square tube rainproof according to the usage scenario. The frame is made of 25/38 square tube without flange.
